Mr. Margelu is a director at Cignature Realty, where he oversees human resources strategy and execution. In addition to recruiting, hiring, onboarding and creating employee engagement plans for the Company he is also responsible for developing, updating and applying all human resources policies and company guidelines.

Before joining Cignature Realty, Mr. Margelu worked at a home care services agency and held several positions in the human resources department. He most recently served as Human Resources Business Partner. He advised managers on training, coaching conflict resolution, updated policies and procedures, and strengthened compliance with DOL/DOH standards and regulations. He began his human resources career at a premier home staffing company, where he recruited highly-skilled home care providers, trained and coached new recruiters and updated the company’s training manual.

Mr. Margelu earned his Bachelor of Arts from Manhattan College. He was born in East Harlem, New York and resides in New York City.
