Audrey Kluis is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson within Cignature Realty's Investment Sales Group. She specializes in multifamily and mixed-use properties in Manhattan's Downtown East area.

Audrey was a STEM Student Employment Program (SSEP) intern, a specialized electrical engineering category within the government sector. She contributed to the prototype design and testing of naval machines and rendered technical drawings implemented in future projects. She will apply her attention to detail and discipline to her role at Cignature Realty.

Audrey earned her Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a minor in Mathematics from Virginia Commonwealth University. She designed, built, and integrated a modular vertical garden unit purchased by the university and utilized in a surrounding neighborhood. Audrey was an active member of the Women in Engineering Society and the National Collegiate Honor Society.

Audrey lives on the Upper West Side. She enjoys outdoor activities, including running, biking, and looking after her puppy. She is passionate about gardening, especially volunteering in neighborhoods where food insecurities exist.
